In alignment with the ongoing digitalization efforts at Bank Rakyat, we have established a strategic partnership with Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
This collaboration enables the integration of JomPAY, our national bill payment service, within the Touch ‘n Go eWallet. Starting 19th May 2023, over 20 million users of Touch ‘n Go eWallet will have the convenience of making in-app bill payments to a vast network of over 10,000 JomPAY billers.
During the launching event, Dato’ Dr. Mohammad Hanis Osman, Chief Executive Officer of Bank Rakyat, stated, “This partnership is a crucial step in our digital transformation journey, aligning with Bank Rakyat’s 2025 Strategic Plan (BR25). It signifies our commitment to reaching new customer segments through eWallet platforms”.
He further added, “The expansion of Bank Rakyat’s JomPAY service on eWallet platforms enhances our digital channels and broadens access to our products and services”.
